12 Days of Christmas...The Writer Way

In honor of the holiday, I decided to take some liberties with the original 12 Days of Christmas and give it a writer twist. I hope it makes you chuckle!


On the first day of christmas
my true love gave to me

On the fourth day of Christmas,

Three chapter subscriptions,
Two USB jump drives,
And a calendar of himself for heroic inspiration.





On the fifth day of Christmas,
My true love gave to me,

Four inkjet cartridges,
Three chapter subscriptions,

On the sixth day of Christmas,

Six red mark-up pencils,
Five books of stamps,
