THE TROUBLE WITH MAGIC BY PATRICIA RICE
August 2012, Casablanca Classics

Is Her Magic a Gift or a Curse...?

All the Malcolms have some magic, but Lady Felicity's ability to read people's emotions simply by touching them or their possessions overwhelms her. She's reached a marriageable age, but how can she ever wed when she can see so clearly a man's guilty secrets?

Only He Can Tell the Difference...

Ewen Ives, itinerant rake and adventurous inventor, knows better than to underestimate the mischief of the Malcolms. But sparks fly when he encounters Felicity, and Ewen can't seem to refuse her plea for assistance...

To start things off, I'd like the power to fly. I hate being caught in traffic jams, lol, and flying would solve that for me real quick!

I'd like to be able to wiggle my nose or pull my ear and have the housework done, lol. Seems like I spend a lot of time doing it.

Sent an email so please enter me in the drawing. This sounds like a fantastic book!

I would love telekenetic powers - ability to pick up things, summon them, i.e. do the housework, walk the dog, so that I can do other fun stuff like read or go to movies and be in 2 places at once!

Ooo, that's a good power too! Especially if it gives you more time to read or play, lol

Hi SiNn,
Healing would be great, wouldn't it? I always feel so bad when those around me are hurt or sick. A healing touch would go a long way to help them.

Hi Jackie,
Oh man, that would be so great, wouldn't it?

I'd like the power to travel to different places and bring friends. House work one is good, but that's how I would make friends pay for the travel. Bahahaha!

P.S. Shared on my FB wall.

I'd like to be able to stop/start time. It would be cool to be able to get revenge by having the tormenter get some Karma, and just think of all the pranks ;)
